Post-traumatic Growth Therapy
Turn your pain into power—discover the strength within
,,The paradox of trauma is that it has both the power to destroy and the power to transform and resurrect"

Feel Like You Can’t Live Like This Anymore?
When you're going through a major life transition or challenging time, it can feel like everything is falling apart. You might feel stuck—trapped in pain, unsure how to help yourself, and exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
If you’re asking yourself:

✔ Will I ever feel like myself again?
✔ Can I truly heal and grow from this?
✔ How do I start rebuilding my life with purpose and strength?
You’re not alone—and healing is possible. Post-traumatic growth therapy can help you process the pain, reconnect with your inner resilience, and begin creating a life that feels meaningful again.Let’s take the first step, together.

What is Post-Traumatic Growth?
Post - traumatic growth refers to the positive psychological changes that can emerge in the aftermath of trauma. While painful experiences often shake our sense of safety and identity, they can also open the door to deeper self-understanding, strengthened relationships, and a renewed appreciation for life. In therapy, we explore not only the wounds left by difficult events but also the resilience, meaning, and inner strength that can arise as a result.
Do I need therapy, or can I handle things on my own?
That’s a valid question—and the honest answer is: it depends. Many people try to work through things on their own, and sometimes it helps. But when it comes to deeper struggles, especially those rooted in trauma, things get more complex. Trauma is often relational—created in the context of relationships with others. And while we might understand what’s wrong and even know why we feel the way we do, that awareness doesn’t always bring relief. Why? Because our responses are embodied. Our feelings and emotional reactions often override our thoughts. That’s why in therapy, we don’t just focus on what you think or understand intellectually—we also work with what’s happening in your body.
Imagine this: you’ve read all the books on assertiveness, listened to podcasts, practiced in front of the mirror—you feel ready. But when you're finally in front of someone, the words vanish. You freeze or smile instead of setting a boundary. That’s not a failure of knowledge—it’s your body and emotions reacting in ways shaped by past experiences. This is where therapy makes a real difference. Because self-help can take you far, but it can’t always shift the deeply rooted patterns that were formed in relationship—and can only be healed in relationship, too.
Who is it for?
This approach is for anyone who wants to make sense of their suffering and move forward in life. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociation, or eating disorders, you don't have to go through it alone. It's not about forgetting or denying what happened, but about gently revisiting the pain and allowing space for healing. Together, we will work on understanding what happened and why, processing trauma and the emotions that come with it, and reshaping the meaning of your experience.
Our goal is to relieve emotional pain, find new ways of coping, and support you in building a future that feels more grounded and whole.

Difference and Diversity
One of my core values is authenticity. In my work, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore and embrace your true self.
I work with individuals across Gender, Relationship, and Sexual Diversity (GRSD) and welcome clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those in non-traditional relationships, including open relationships and polyamory.
I also support clients from diverse racial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. To ensure an inclusive and respectful environment, I have completed additional training in anti-racism and strive to maintain a discrimination-free space.
Additionally, I work with neurodivergent clients, recognizing the unique ways in which they experience the world.
My approach is always tailored to your individual needs, honouring the richness of difference and diversity.
About Me
I’ve been fascinated by human potential for as long as I can remember. My own journey hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has deepened my understanding of how we behave—and how rarely that behaviour is purely rational.
I’m a BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist with a Gestalt core, and I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all over the world, both online and in various mental health settings. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the incredible strength of post-traumatic growth. I currently offer sessions online to clients internationally and in person in London.
